- How do I get to The Leadmill?

BY TRAIN - We are just two minutes walk from Sheffield Train Station! Exit the station via the front doors and follow the pedestrian footpath running uphill, parallel with the water fountains. When you reach the main road turn left and follow the road down to the first set of traffic lights. You will see a fork in the road in front of you with three exits to choose from. We are on the road in the middle! (Leadmill Road!)For national rail services please visit www.nationalrail.co.uk

BY TRAM - Our closest tram stop is at the Train Station/Sheffield Hallam University. Follow the directions from the train station above. Tram times and information can be found at www.supertram.com

BY BUS - We are just a few minutes walk from the Sheffield Interchange in the City Centre. Regular bus services are available as well as National Express Services. More information on local bus routes can be found at www.travelsouthyorkshire.com

- How do you get a gig at The Leadmill?

Want to play The Leadmill stage? Well, if your in a band and want to play, please email play@leadmill.co.uk

3) The location of the act
4) A description of your musical genre

- Does The Leadmill have a dress code?

We don't have any strict dress codes. All we ask is that you refrain from wearing track suits and football shirts. Trainers are welcome!

- Where can I get tickets?

All tickets are available on our website. Just find the show/clubnight you want to go to and follow the link to the shop.  Tickets are also available from our box office. Call 0114 221 2828 for more details.

- I can't make the show, can I get a refund on my ticket?

Unfortunately, all tickets are NON REFUNDABLE. However, in the event of a show being canceled or rescheduled, refunds can be made at point of purchase. Please also not that booking fee and postage are also NON REFUNDABLE.

- What time can I get into a gig?

All Leadmill gigs open at 7:30pm, unless otherwise stated.

- What time are the bands on?

Stage times are only agreed upon an hour or so before doors open between the tour manager and our promoter. Get there early to avoid disappointment!

- What time will the gig finish?

Gig curfew is 11:00pm, unless otherwise stated.

- How do I get a photo or press pass for a gig?

For press passes for previewing or reviewing gigs please email rebecca@leadmill.co.uk with details of which gigs you would like to see and which publication or site you write for. Examples of previous photography for independent photographers is a must - we’re always on the lookout for enthusiastic snappers! 

- Do you do group party bookings?

- Is there any parking at The Leadmill?

Thanks to our friends at NCP we can offer secure parking for just £2!! Simply leave your car in the Q Park car park on Turner Street (2 minutes walk from The Leadmill) and before you leave ask our friendly door staff for a discount parking voucher. Pop it in the machine when it asks you for your money and you'll only be charged £2. This ticket is only available between 8pm and 6am.

There is a taxi rank, and limited pay and display roadside parking outside the venue.

- What happens if a gig is cancelled?

When a gig is cancelled we will inform customers via the website and those people who purchased tickets via external outlets will also be informed via email.

If a gig is postponed then your ticket will still be valid for the new date, if a gig is not due to be rescheduled or you cannot make the new date then the ticket will be refunded from the outlet at which it was purchased.

- Is there any disabled access?

The Leadmill is all one ground floor level with easy access for anyone with a disability. If you are coming to a live show, we advise you get down before opening and go to the front of the queue. Our friendly door staff will be happy to give you priority entry.

- How do our text offers work?

We update our special text offers regularly for club nights and post the latest offers on our Facebook page and Twitter account.  When you text 82500 for our latest offer you will be charged 50p. The text you receive in return will contain full details of the offer and must be shown to our door supervisors in order to receive the benefits. The text will usually have a cut off point as to a time that the offer stops and it does not guarantee you entry. In order to benefit from the offer we advise that you get down early to avoid disappointment. All texts once sent are non-refundable and right of admission is reserved.
