Left it in the cloakroom?

If you still have your ticket you can come and collect your item any time between 1pm - 3pm Monday to Saturday. Bring your ticket with you when you come to collect. This will make it easier for us to find. You can also give us a call on 0114 221 2828 before you come to speed things up a bit once you arrive.

If you don't have your ticket, ring us on 0114 221 2828 and we'll try and locate it for you.

Not sure where you left it?

If you've lost your belongings in the club somewhere give us a call on 0114 2212 828 and we'll let you know if it has turned up.

where do you go to collect it?

There is a small set of double doors to the right of the main entrance of the club. Press the buzzer on the left hand wall and talk to the lovely people in our office.

when can you pick it up?

You can collect lost property any time between 1pm - 3pm Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

How long do we keep things for?

We hold items for one month.
