About ONEFEST: OneFest is an Award Winning UK based, non-profit, music industry development company set up to support the emergence of new talent (www.OneFestUK.com) Working collaboratively with our growing list of partners, such as Higher Rhythm, SSE, MMF, FAC, PRS for Music, Music Glue, and with the support of Arts Council England, National Lottery Community Fund and the PRS Foundation.
OneFest provides a platform for new and emerging talent which will inspire, support and develop a new generation of artists, performers and music industry professionals through the creation of opportunities and practical experience in the music and creative industries – ultimately contributing to the regeneration of the UK music community. In May 2017, OneFest collaborated with Frank Turner’s ‘Lost Evenings’ to deliver four days and nights of live music and industry education at The Roundhouse, London (www.OnefestUK.com) that won the AIM Best Independent Festival award.

Why now? We know that people want to work in the business, not only as aspiring artists and performers but also in the exciting and varied professions across the industry. People
want to be part of this community but all too often they struggle to get a foothold in the industry. OneFest will create a hands-on approach to music industry talent development, with the support of key industry partners and will provide the opportunity, the platform, information, guidance and the ongoing support to help develop a thriving music community. OneFest is a
development scheme that will help nurture a new generation of industry talent.

The Programme: OneFest events will form the basis of a intensive training programme producing a regular flow of new talent, up-skilled by the OneFest programme. The events will provide opportunities to inspire, support and develop a new generation of young artists, performers and music industry professionals, gaining practical, real time experience in a live performance environment.
