Just like the river they are named after, SHEAFS emerged from the seven hills of Sheffield and have quickly become one of the country’s most fiercely talked about new acts. Epitomising the most galvanic aspects of the rock & roll revival, the band’s blend of contagious energy with striking melody and lyricism has turned heads and moved bodies in venues all across the UK and Europe – SHEAFS are a band that you cannot ignore. Bursting into public perception with tracks “This Is Not a Protest” and “Shock Machine” the band were championed by BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 6 Music and Radio X among many others, leading to a string of major festival appearances, including YNOT Festival, Reading Festival, Isle of Wight Festival and Tramlines.
They have embarked on two headline tours, which saw them sell out venues such as Sheffield’s O2 Academy 2 and Nottingham’s Rock City, something of note for a band this size. Having toured with the likes of Greta Van Fleet, The Amazons and The Coral, the band have forged an acclaimed live status that brings chaos, sweat and joy to every venue that they set foot in.
Their new single “Get Used To It”, is a antithetic stab at the monotony of the norm, calling to arms those who wish to oppose it.
