One of the best-hidden gems on the circuit. Brummie Lindsey recounts tales of her misadventures in life, all in her trademark down to earth, side-splitting style.
Lindsey has earned a place in the finals of both The English Comedian of the Year and Funny Women competitions and also pops up regularly on the radio appearing on BBC Radio 2 & 4, Brum Radio, BBC West Midlands and Black Country Radio.
Join one of the North Easts most natural storytellers who’s often described as ‘like hanging out with one of your mates’.
Tony is refreshingly honest in tackling everyday subjects, as well as some slightly more thought-provoking ideas, as he searches for an idealist lifestyle.
‘Wonderful, terrific, life-affirming stuff’ Skinny
Tony was the winner of the prestigious City Life comedian of the year, came runner up in So You Think Your Funny and was nominated for best stand up and writer at the North West comedy awards. He is also a founder member of the topical MEN at work team at the Comedy Store in Manchester, one of the regular comperes at the long established Frog and Bucket Comedy club and has supported household names including Jenny Eclair and Johnny Vegas on National Theatre tours.
