The Pale White at The Harley
March 9 | 19:30£8
The Pale White are a three piece indie rock band from Newcastle, UK. Comprised of brothers Adam (Lead Vocals, Guitar) and Jack Hope (Drums), and long time friend Tom Booth (Bass, Vocals), the trio are gaining attention for their signature melodic guitar hooks, thunderous rhythm section and festival rousing choruses.
Since bursting on to the scene with debut single “Reaction” in early 2017, (produced by Adrian Bushby of Foo Fighters & Muse fame), the band secured BBC Radio 1’s Introducing track of the week, and went on to be selected to play BBC Introducing stages at both Reading & Leeds and Glastonbury. With each new single, the band continued to receive high profile nods from the likes of NME, Radio X, Apple Music, MTV, Amazing Radio and The Independent, with a five star live review from the latter comparing the band to US rock royalty QOTSA.
Following support slots with Band of Skulls, The Libertines, The Sherlocks, and full tours of the UK with Twin Atlantic, We Are Scientists and The Amazons, the group have developed into an unmissable live act with an arsenal of potent rock songs, positioning them at the forefront of the burgeoning North East music scene.
With new release “Wisdom Tooth”, taken from their upcoming sophomore EP, the group are ready to come forward and stake their claim as one of the most exciting new British bands.
“One of UK rock’s most thrilling newcomers” – NME
“The Pale White are (arguably) the UK’s best new band right now.” – Crack in the Road
